Delivery Policy
Thanks for visiting and shopping at LiiveStyle Store. The following are the terms and conditions that guide our Shipping and Delivery Policy.
Delivery Time
We value every single customer. Our top priority is making sure the items get delivered to our customers as soon as possible. After receiving your order, we will automatically contact our warehouse to confirm that the product is in stock and can be shipped immediately. In rare cases, if the product is out of stock or unavailable, we will contact you immediately to ask if you would like to wait for the product to be listed or if you would like a refund.
All products are processed within three (3) days (except weekends), and sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch, then you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.
When we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We will calculate your expedited freight based on the following factors: destination, size and weight. If you can speed up product shipping, a list of shipping options and shipping rates will be displayed at checkout. You will need to tell our customer service your address to see if we can provide expedited service.
If you need us to deliver before a specific date, you can contact our customer service team to ensure the delivery date.
Payment Confirmation
A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified. Once the payment is verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this timeframe. However, we will do our best to support your request.

Flat-Rate Shipping Tiers
$4.95 for orders 0 – 1 lb
$6.95 for orders 1.01 – 5 lbs
$10.95 for orders 5.01 – 10 lbs
$13.95 for orders 10.01 – 15 lbs
$16.95 for orders 15.01 – 20 lbs
$19.95 for orders 20.01 – 25 lbs
$22.95 for orders 25.01 – 30 lbs
$32.95 for orders 30.01 – 40 lbs
$42.95 for orders 40.01 – 50 lbs
$52.95 for orders exceeding 50 lbs + actual shipping rates apply
For orders over 50 lbs, actual shipping rates apply. LiiveStyle will bill you $52.95, at the time of order, based on our shipping policy. Additional shipping costs exceeding $52.95 will be invoiced to the customer at the end of each month. All orders exceeding 50 lbs are put on hold, and a notification is sent to the dealer. Dealers choosing to still process these orders are subject to the shipping policy outlined above.
Please note: The above flat-rate shipping costs assumes a single shipment (one package shipped). For order quantities greater than one, there may be additional costs applied in scenarios where orders need to be shipped in multiple packages. In these multi-shipment scenarios, the shipping costs are calculated by estimated carrier rates and billed/approved prior to shipment.
Return & Refund Policy
At LiiveStyle, we work with our supplier partners to issue returns and refunds per their policies. We work hard to provide a quick resolution to each and every claim. We strive to ensure all our dealers are informed by keeping you updated with any new information we receive about your claim.
Credits & Refunds
Please note that for all impacted orders, LiiveStyle will by default issue a credit on your account unless otherwise requested. All order credits are only eligible for refund within 30 days from the credit date.
